This collection of wedding management services allows you to be in charge of planning process, but get professional guidance to ensure that no detail is overlooked and that your wedding day runs smoothly! 

INTIMATE (under 40 guests) starting at $1,400

  • Email, Phone & Text Communication Throughout Planning

    • I will be available to answer your wedding questions through phone, text, and email during regular business hours. 

  • Access to Aisle Planner Suite - cloud-based planning platform

    • You'll have access to ​this cloud-based suite of tools to help you manage all your plans in one place. Create your budget, build your guest list, check off those tasks and more!

  • (2) Meetings to discuss Vision & Logistics, with Venue Walkthrough - up to (4) hours total

    • I want to get to know you and your wedding vision so we'll meet with you to talk through ​the details, review the services included, and answer any questions you have!

  • Development of Wedding Day Timeline

    • I will create a detailed wedding day timeline to distribute to you, your wedding party, and your vendors so that everyone can stay on schedule and informed!

  • Ceremony & Reception Floor Plan Creation​

    • I will work with you and your venue coordinator to create a floor plan for your ceremony and reception so you know exactly how it will be set up.

  • Wedding Rehearsal Coordination - up to (1) hour total

    • I will attend your wedding rehearsal (scheduled for week-of wedding) and will work with your officiant to rehearse the processional, ceremony outline and recessional. ​

  • Vendor Recommendation, Communication & Management

    • As you book vendors, I'll review your contracts and compile all your vendor information in one contact list. I'll reach out to your vendors for introductions, share the timeline and to confirm arrival times and services. ​We'd also be happy to refer vendors, too!

      • Vendor Recommendation & Contract Review

      • Confirmation of Vendor Arrival & Logistics

      • Distribution of Final Wedding Timeline to Vendor Team

  • On-site management with (1) lead coordinator for (10) hours and at least (1) wedding assistant for partial day.

    • Additional assistants will be required for weddings with larger guest counts, multiple event locations, or events that require extended set up labor/time. Additional fee will apply as necessary.

  • All day phone & text support with lead coordinator

  • Point of contact for vendors, wedding party & guests throughout the day

  • Supervision of venue setup and vendor deliveries

  • Set up & styling of ancillary wedding details, including: ceremony accessories, welcome table, guest book, guest favors, cake/dessert table, day-of signage, day-of stationery, etc. - up to (4) 72-quart bins or equivalent​​

  • Set up of seating assignments: table numbers, seating signage, escort and/or place cards

  • Assistance with distribution of personal floral and pinning of boutonnieres

  • Direction of processional line-up and cues for ceremony vendors and bridal party

  • Cue vendors, wedding party, & guests of honor throughout reception per timeline

  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors

  • Access to wedding day emergency kit

  • General troubleshooting and assistance as needed

  • Supervision of clean-up and pick-up of rental items and securing of personal items to return to point of contact.
