This collection of our recommended services allows you to be in charge of planning process, but get professional guidance to ensure that no detail is overlooked and that your wedding day runs smoothly! 

HOURLY CONCIERGE ASSISTANCE
$25 PER HOUR

For those weeks when you need an extra hand with wedding-related tasks, I offer hourly concierge assistance. I can run errands, assist with crafts and DIY projects, and provide administrative help. Please note - some tasks may incur additional fees depending of the level of work / time needed to complete the task. Service is based on my availability and must be hired at least one week in advance.

ADDITIONAL CONSULTATION MEETING
$25 PER HOUR

Need additional time with me? This option is great for adding on additional meetings beyond what is included in the Wedding Management collection of services.

ATTENDANCE AT VENDOR MEETING
$25 PER HOUR

Want me to sit in on a meeting with your photographer, or with your DJ? This option is great for adding on additional meetings beyond what is included in the Wedding Management collection of services.

BUDGET PROJECTION & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
$150

Based on our vision meeting, I'll set up a detailed budget for the wedding by taking your overall wedding budget estimate and breaking it down by estimate expense category. I'll also set up your vendor payment reminders in Aisle Planner so all you have to do is follow the prompts!

Note: Updating of the budget with actual expenses is not included and is the responsibility of the client.

VENUE SCOUTING & PROCUREMENT
$200

Still deciding on a venue? As a professional wedding planner, I'll help you narrow down options then schedule and attend up to 3 venue tours with you. During these tours, I'll ask relevant questions and take detailed notes. After selection, I'll coordinate obtaining the contract and will review it before you sign!

RSVP & GUEST SEATING MANAGEMENT
$100

Have your guest RSVPs submitted directly to our team to save the hassle of keeping track of who is and who isn't coming to the wedding, how many guests they are bringing, and what entree choices they have selected for dinner. We'll enter your guest list into Aisle Planner, and update it weekly with guest responses. Once the response deadline has passed, I'll give you a list of guests to contact who have not reply with their RSVP. 

WEDDING WEBSITE SET-UP
$100

Make sure your wedding website is set up for success! Taking the copy and photos you provide me, I'll build your wedding website on the platform of your choice and make sure it's the resource it needs to be. Note: This package is for template platforms only and does not include a custom website build.

INVITATION ASSEMBLY & MAILING
$100

If you don't have time to assemble, stamp, and mail wedding invitations, you can add this service to your service package. I'll address (via label), assemble, stamp, and mail invitations. As part of this service, I'll also take a completed invitation to the post office to determine correct postage needed. Note: Price does not include the cost of the invites or postage. Cost of labels included.

GUEST FAVOR ASSEMBLY (UP TO 2 HOURS)
$50

With all the bigger details to handle, you can hand off some of the minor monotonous tasks to my team to handle, including assembling the guest favors for you. We'll arrange delivery/pickup of the favors prior to the wedding and will have the favors ready to set out on the big day!

GUEST WELCOME BAG ASSEMBLY & DROP-OFF
$100

Make your guests feel honored and welcome by gifting them a welcome bag when they arrive at their hotel. Guest welcome bags can be simple with a few snacks, a local map, and a bottle of water. I'll help with procuring the packaging for your guest bags, assembling, and arranging delivery to the hotel. 

Note: Price does not include cost of contents or packaging

ADDITIONAL PARTY PLANNING & MANAGEMENT
$500+

I would love to help plan and design other events related to your big day, such as rehearsal dinner, bachelor and bachelorette parties, wedding showers, welcome receptions, brunches, and wedding week guest activities. From vendor recommendations, theme development, event design and on-site coordination, I can help you create the perfect party to complement your wedding celebration.

ADDITIONAL DAY-OF ASSISTANT
$20 PER HOUR

Based on the scope of the wedding, I may need to add additional assistants to make sure your plans can be pulled off in the time allotted. 

DEDICATED BRIDE'S ASSISTANT (6 HOURS)
$120

Want to give your maid of honor a break so she can focus on the fun? Consider hiring a dedicated bride's assistant who will be your personal concierge during the course of getting ready and the events leading up to reception. Your assistant will take care of things like distributing personal floral to the bridal party, bustling your dress, making sure you eat and stay hydrated, keeping you on task, etc. 

NAPKIN FOLDING
$50

If your caterer or venue does not already handle this service, you can hire my team to set aside some extra time to take care of this task for you! Just let us know what fold you prefer and we'll take care of it.

PLACE SETTING (DINNERWARE)
$100

If your caterer, venue, or rental company does not already handle this service, you can hire my team to set aside some extra time to take care of this task for you! This service includes the additional help needed to set out plates, napkins, flatware and drink ware. Note: Setting out charger plates are already included in my services.
