DAY-OF COORDINATION PACKAGE

Best for the couples who are confident in the planning process and only need assistance on the day-of. This package provides a wedding coordinator (with an assistant) to help execute all your plans for the day so you don't have to!

DAY-OF COORDINATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:
  • (1) In-Person or Video Conference Meeting to discuss Logistics

    • We want to get to know you and your wedding plans, so we'll meet with you to talk through ​the details, review the services included, and answer any questions you have!

  • Email, Phone, & Text Support​​

    • We will be available to answer your wedding questions through phone, text, and email during regular business hours. ​You can expect a response from your planner within 24-48 hours during the workweek. 

  • Access to Aisle Planner Suite

    • You'll have access to ​this cloud-based suite of tools to help you manage all your plans in one place. Create your budget, build your guest list, check off those tasks and more!

  • Wedding Rehearsal Coordination

    • We will attend your wedding rehearsal and will work with your officiant to rehearse the processional, ceremony outline and recessional. ​

  • Day-of Coordination - Complete wedding management for up to (10) hours​

    • All-day text & phone support

    • Management of wedding day with (1) lead coordinator and (1) assistant (for 5 hours).

      • *A second assistant may be required for weddings with larger guest counts, multiple event locations, or events that require additional set up labor. Additional fee will apply.

    • Point of contact for vendors, wedding party & guests

    • Distribution of any final payments and gratuities to your wedding vendors

    • Set up of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces, including: welcome table, escort table, guest book, table numbers, favors, cake/dessert table, photo booth props, DIY elements, grand exit props, etc.

    • Organize and set up table assignments: seating board, place cards, and menu cards

    • Coordinate pinning of boutonnieres and ensuring VIPs receive flowers

    • Assist with processional line-up and ceremony cues

    • Cue vendors, wedding party & guests of honor throughout reception according to timeline

    • Release guest tables for dinner

    • Provide a wedding day emergency kit

    • General troubleshooting and assistance as needed.

    • Supervise clean-up and pick-up of rental items, and secure personal items to return to couple (as schedule allows)
